I too don't wear a mask walking to my car or in my car if I'm alone. But I put it on as soon as I step out of my vehicle to go to work (essential worker) and wear it whenever I'm out of my office. I wear it in any store, whether it seems crowded or not. I don't believe I have Covid, but I might be asymptomatic and I won't be responsible for infecting anyone. It seems like the least I can do under the circumstances.
