I find it amusing that everyone assumes that change is bad.
Change is the universal constant. Everything changes all the time.
Stasis would be unnatural.
When you say you want to "reverse climate change" -what exactly are you looking to achieve? What is the goal? Be scientific - define - quantify. Give us exact numbers.....
And if you have to resort to insults - you give away the fact that you have no other goal than to be part of the "good guy" crowd....

At work.
DocChartreuse.
Literally wiping out everything else on the planet with the 'Hope' that enough humanity makes it to another rock to propogate (Yes, hyperbole I know) would hardly be of comfort to those distant generations who gaze back and glare at we who've squandered their inheritance for that of dust, hardship and toil.
Please, don't get me wrong.
I am of the firm belief that the opportunity to throw an atomic Orion towards our nearest stellar neighbors fifty something years ago such that we'd be awaiting the laser communications now is an opportunity lost.
But to not give a rat's petunia about our current plight for a dream which is possibly but a nightmare thinly veiled?
Cheers.

Perhaps you live on a paradisal planet where things easier to refute than astrology tend not to be widely and fervently believed, and do not form basis for coercive policy.

It's also known as global warming. Surely your semantic quibbling is disingenuous and you know exactly what the problem is.

Well..... it's either Onlinebiker's vein of humor not coming through the written medium. Hey, I get it. Different cultures all have a different twist on what's funny.
OR....
Onlinebiker thinks the Dinosaurs should he a poster role model.
Can't tell which.

Here’s a two minute video to get you started on what exactly the problem is:
This isn’t out of a desire to defy the expectations of Heraclitus and stop the world from changing. It’s about noticing that the average global temperature is increasing, and this is wreaking havoc on the global ecosystem.
What’s the goal? At the very minimum, to slow down the sudden (at least in geological terms) increase in the average temperature of the planet before it hits critical mass. If possible, perhaps even lower it. At the time the video was shot, that would be roughly 2 degrees centigrade higher than it was before the industrial revolution, although research is leaning more towards 1.5 degrees higher today.
That said, Unlike a lot of people, I’m skeptical about whether or not such a thing can even be achieved (due in no small part to the fact that the world’s population keeps expanding, and with it, the demand for the sort of industries that are contributing to said warming), and, given that humanity’s intelligence has devolved to the point where not only can Trump win a Presidential election, but can earn 10.8 million more votes and change after four years of one of the most disastrous terms in the Oval Office’s history, maybe the destruction of the human race is what we deserve.

The dinosaurs were wiped out by an apocalyptic event and we are the post-apocalyptic monsters that arose after the fact.

I don't see what one's got to do with the other. Simply because I find it easy to refute climate change denial doesn't mean that that refutation will be accepted.

You get points for the reply...
But your answer is incomplete.
You want to slow down the change. Ok... How about a timeframe? What is the "right" rate of change and what should the peak goal be?
And I fully agree with you.- the ONLY way for humans to have less effect on the climate is to have less humans -
And NOBODY wants to deal with that....
They want to breed like rats and have a nice cage to live in......
