The truth is who ever wins isn't going to change the fact that the world is about to enter a deep depression between now and the next 18 months starting with a massive stockmarket crash within the next 6 months... I want the arsehole to win so he can cop the worst 4 years in recent American history. It couldn't happen to a better man.

There is absolutely no reason why that has to be true, even if we ignore the fact that a whole lot of different things can be called democracy and communism by different people, and the pool of things that are sometimes called democracy by some people and the pool of things that are Sometimes called communism by some people overlaps, and even those two “some peoples” May partially overlap. 

For example, many right wingers still call Pinochet’s regime in Chile “Democracy”, and Scandinavian Style social democracy “communism”.

Also, I think it is absolutely not just for reasons of idle pedanticism and Interpretive technicalities of electoral college system that right wingers at Faux news and our very own OLB sound out and push the proposition that this country is a “republic and not democracy”.
