Overused in Voyager.

The Voyager writers didn't understand Q as a character or as a species. Apart from his first appearance on that series, with the suicidal Q, his episodes were awful and worthless to developing the Q.

He was a tactical crewman on the bridge near the end of The Emissary episode.

Just finished season two.

I quite enjoyed those two seasons, glad to have watched them despite being advised that I could skip watching them.

So, no one has died, even though Riker came close, and no one has left the Enterprise.

Perhaps the first episode of season three will show any changes that were made to the crew situation.

But that's for another day.

Q is definitely one of those rare exceptions of loving to hate a character. My main contention was the appeal of omnipotence, as envisioned in ST:TNG, being a corrupting force.
