Now that it appears a dead cert that Biden is going to be your next president, do any of you plan to try to repair those relationships? Why or why not? If so, how?

I was adopted at the age of 5 and a half or so. Back in the mid 90s I sought out and found my biological family. We have nothing in common. I don't talk to them, not because I hate them, but because we have nothing in common, especially politically.
However, my late adoptive mother had nothing in common politically, but she raised me, and even today, if it were not for her saving and constant support, I would be living in the streets. She was a mostly lifetime voting Republican.
And my best friend from Oklahoma, John, also known as "Hillbilly Atheist" here, he is a liberal from Oklahoma and his dad is a Republican Trump supporter. Don't dare ask him to stand against his dad.
Considering I paid for a trip for John to visit me here in NC, and paid for a trip to Australia for both of us, his dad may not like our politics, but he certainly does not hate his son or me.
