The ( D )s and the ( R )s have spent the last 4 years trying to outfuck each other - and now that the ( D )s have the slimmest of margins of a majority -
They want to make nice "and work together in bipartisanship"

I wish that the d's had spent years trying to outfuck the r's - and I wish they weren't wedded to the myth of bipartisanship.
That's how the r's have been outfucking them.
Somehow, the r's have convinced the d's that even though a crushing majority of americans do not want them running the government, they deserve to run it anyway, just because, so you'd better seek "bipartisanship" - which really just means republican ideas.

What are they supposed to do, create the framework for each and every one of their own indictments? John Q Public may be stuck under the morass of some hopeless both-siderism...but I'll tell you who isn't. Republican politicians. They know exactly what they've done. There’s a way round that - expel them for violating their oath. If these yammerheads are going to to flagrantly publicly disregard an oath to be impartial, how can they be expected to uphold an oath to be a Senator? Oath breaking and malfeasance should be sufficient to boot them.
Hard to have a fair trial when half of the jurors are co-conspirators.

Kindasortamaybe might be able to make the case that the consumption of their product has known and undisclosed side effects. Maybe a label? Warning, may increase the risk of life threatening illness or general awfulness.
