POTUS stealing Afghanistan's money, causing civilians to starve while while he keeps shelling out billions to Ukraine in an unwinnable situation for his proxy war with the Russians. And I wanted to give Biden credit for Afghanistan so badly.

1. Joe Biden hasn't starved anyone the Taliban have by stealing aid money. We shouldn't give them one more cent because it's not getting to the children.
2. The war in Ukraine has proven to be totally winnable and it's essential to make a stand against Russian aggression. So you are simply wrong on all counts.

The U.S. government does not want the Taliban to get the money because they are terrorists. For example, within the first six months, the Taliban has got 500 people killed or forcibly disappeared. Taliban is also preventing girls from getting a secondary school education, not to mention other women's rights, like that women are not allowed to work.
So Afghanistan has been provided rather with direct humanitarian help and the US is sending more relief money than any other country. The US is currently working on a proposal to release some frozen money into a trust fund, which could make a major difference to the Afghan people. John Oliver made a video about it

Guaranteeing starvation for millions doesn't sound like the moral pathway to me, and you're kidding yourself by trying to convince yourself that it is.
