The State Department brushed off reports of Russian President Vladimir Putin ordering his government to look into the nation’s former “real estate” abroad, saying Alaska would be staying in American hands.

Putin signed a new decree last week to allocate funds for the research and registration of Russian property overseas, including that in former territories of the Russian Empire and Soviet Union, Russian state media TASS reported.

“Well, I think I can speak for all of us in the U.S. government to say that certainly he’s not getting it back,” State Department principal deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel said during a press briefing, prompting laughter from his audience.

Can we just give him Sarah Palin?

That kind of weapon is not covered by any kind of treaty.

Quote:When a pig recently went under anesthesia at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, it was for anything but a routine procedure. Researchers were able to isolate blood flow to the brain, separate that brain from the rest of the body, and use a new device to keep the brain alive and functioning.

The pig brains were all on their own for five hours. And they did just fine, thanks to the new extracorporeal pulsatile circulatory control (EPCC) device.

“This novel method enables research that focuses on the brain independent of the body, allowing us to answer physiological questions in a way that has never been done,” Juan Pascual, professor at UT Southwestern, said in a statement.

Please let anyone with any reason to sue the Orange one step up and file a case...right now.

Doesn't the title of the song (I bolded) really sum him up?

Donald Trump Faces Potential Lawsuit Over Rally Music (msn.com)

Donald Trump used a song by English rock band the Smiths at a rally in South Dakota—and he could face a lawsuit because of it.

...

However, he could soon find himself in hot water as footage has been shared online of him using "Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want" by the Smiths at the South Dakota Republican Party rally in Rapid City on September 9, 2023.

A federal jury ordered Donald Trump to pay $83 million in damages for defaming writer E. Jean Carroll, after a trial in which she accused him of shattering her reputation while he was president by denying her claims of sexual assault.

The jury of seven men and two women arrived at their verdict Friday after less than three hours of deliberation in Manhattan. A different federal jury last year awarded Carroll $5 million after finding Trump liable for sexually assaulting her in the 1990s and then defaming her when he denied it in 2022.

He'll appeal. I hope he has to pay court costs for all of that. The judge instructed the jury to never mention their service, and then they were escorted out securely, anonymously. His supporters are crazy.

I don't care if he does.  I want the sheer number of court cases to cause him to burst into flames.
