Listening to the audio, I'm not 100% sure that the administrator was actually endorsing the idea that people should teach the controversy about the Holocaust; it could be that she's saying "this is what the law says, like it or not." The way she's saying it, that interpretation could be plausible.
Either way, I'm convinced that results like this are exactly what you should expect when the law decides it's going to let far-right ideologies control what teachers teach, especially when the right is moving so far to the right that Twitter doesn't ban Nazis because their views are too similar to what mainstream conservatives profess.
It really amounts to the same thing - endorsing Holocaust denial. Based on Ms. Peddy’s tone, I don’t believe that she personally was engaging in denial, but it’s pretty clear that she was recommending that teachers, to avoid breaking the law, make such materials available to students.

Randy Bachman Gets His Guitar Back
Quote:VICTORIA -
Most of Randy Bachman’s guitars – over 400 at last count – are today safe inside the climate-controlled rooms of museums and memorabilia collections. But the guitar he really loves? The one he so cherishes that he would chain it to the toilet of his hotel room at night? Well, that one disappeared 45 years ago from a Toronto-area Holiday Inn, never to resurface again.
That is, until now.
This is a mad cool story.

The fact you can kill multiple people with a bow and arrow is irrelevant they are nowhere near as capable of mass killing as a gun,(when you can find a bow and arrow that can mow down 22 people rapidly then you can talk), And yes there is a gun problem blaming people is a bullshit excuse one in a long line of excuses (Violent Video Games, Rock Music, Demonizing The Mentally Ill)

At work.
As an 'Outsider looking in' I'll kind of agree with Onlinebiker.
Yes it's a 'People problem' which I'd put down to not enough people being responsible with weapons.
Perchance more things should be done for people to prove their acceptable level of responsibility in owning a weapon?
Cheers.
