Tunnel Vision, looking for the real life location.

I am not posting the following to be repetitive. But I have seen this tunnel in a few videos and movies over the decades. 

I am wondering if anyone can point out the real life location of this neon filled tunnel in the following video?

It wasn't intended as spam. I wasn't promoting the artist, the intent was to ask if anyone knew the actual physical location of the neon tunnel depicted in the video. I swear I have seen that neon tunnel in other things, like movies and TV ads. 

But to be fair, I probably should have left that question in the same thread that I originally posted the video in.

Look at "atheist playlist" thread post #1767 last video in that post.

I only started a new thread, not because of the artist. I honestly wanted to know if the neon tunnel in the video was a real location and not a video set. 

One could consider it like if one wanted to know which exact bridge Madonna was on in in Venice in her video "Like A Virgin".

Or when one watches a movie, and sees a city they've been to, but don't know the exact name of the location.

For example. I was a fan of the TV cop show CHIPS, and in the opening credits, seconds before the end, they show downtown LA. Back when I was a kid, I was fascinated by one downtown building, that looked like, for lack of better terms, oil or grain silos. Just the shape, not the color. Turned out that building was/is a 5 star hotel. I didn't know the name of it for years. I finally figured it out. It was the  Westin Bonaventure Hotel, downtown Los Angeles.

As far as this original post. I was simply trying to ask others as far as the neon tunnel in the video if anyone knew if that was a real location or simply a video set?

I understand why you did it, but the issue is that you did it.  You’ve been here long enough to know the rules.

80s video, American artist. It almost had to be either Los Angeles (or vicinity) or New York.
