Saturated fats like lard are not suitable for seasoning cast-iron as they don't polymerize properly.

"The youngest diamonds are a billion years old, and predate trees on earth," per a diamond expert on CBS Sunday Morning.

I have a tendency to tense up and hold my breath when I take my blood pressure. If I relax and breathe normally, the reading is much lower.
