When I was in the service - one of the guys got his wife to make him Klansman robes and he wore them to the Halloween party......
He was black.
He kept the mask up most of the time.
Even the CO thought it was funny.

Do any of you dress your pets for Hallowe’en? If ‘no’, thank you. If ‘yes’, in what other ways do you degrade and humiliate the poor beasties?

No. The most that's ever happened was a themed bandana after a trip to the groomer but that stopped years ago. Karm had Halloween bows put on her ears one time, it took about 15 seconds after we got home from the groomer for her to rub her head on the ground in a successful attempt to rid herself of the bows.
