Boru, would you say that I'm making a distinction that makes no difference? I don't vote and I was appointed (in part) on the basis of folks perceiving me as apolitical. I have (strong) political views....but I go out of my way to ignore those views in my capacity as a member. Is that political?
I know how I think the world should be - but I'm not wedded to making it that way, particularly when some other way solves a problem in front of me.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I'm anti 24 news cycle politics, CNN, MSNBC, FOX.
I don't need to be told what I should consider politically important or what position I should take on this or that political event.
