I think that you should learn some English because I can't understand what you are writing about.

I think I get what you're trying to say and ignore people who get on your case about spelling and grammar.

Now while it's true there is a spectrum in Russia for the most part Russian democracy is theater as Putin and his friends have pretty much established an Oligarchy with themselves in charge and have effectively neutered their opposition. And yes the Gosduma is totally theater.
