Fetuses are not a national, ethnical, racial, or relgious group. Force abortions could be part of a genocide campaign, but voluntary abortions cannot be. Even if you consider abortion murder, it does not follow that it is genocide as well.

Boru Also, it's not genocide as genocide requires the targeted intent to exterminate a group specifically because they are that group. No one is targeting the fetuses because they are American.

She knows that sex leads to pregnancy so she willingly attached a fetus to her body.
