House GOP member criticizes FX series ‘Little Demon’ for showing ‘satanic imagery’

Johnson said he was watching a college football game between Louisiana State University and Florida State University on Sunday with his 11-year-old child when a trailer for the show came on during the second quarter. He said he quickly grabbed the remote control to “shield” the child from the “dark” images of hell and demons and an explanation that the main character of the show is the Antichrist.

FX’s description of the show states, “13 years after being impregnated by Satan, a reluctant mother, Laura, and her Antichrist daughter, Chrissy, attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware, but are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan, who yearns for custody of his daughter’s soul.”

Johnson said the culture has become “alarmingly dark and desensitized, and this is not a game.” He said Disney and FX, which is owned by the former, have chosen to embrace and sell what is “clearly evil.”

He's missing the better point, which he could have used to his favor.  Even though Laura was raped by Satan, she chose to do the Christian thing and have Satan's baby.  Surely God will protect them.

Candace Owens is once again attempting to falsely link a tragedy to transgender people. In her Thursday night appearance on Tucker Carlson Tonight, the far-right media personality characterized acceptance of trans people as “celebrating mental illness.”

Owens joined the Fox News host ostensibly to discuss criminal justice reform in the wake of a recent deadly shooting spree in Memphis, which left four dead. Authorities arrested teenager Ezekiel Kelly early Thursday in connection with the crimes. Last year, the 19-year-old Kelly had been sentenced to three years in prison, but was released in March after serving 11 months.

“Obviously what we are seeing around us is, under the guise of compassion, we are letting violent criminals back on the streets, and people that are following the law and abiding the law— going out for a jog — are suffering because of it,” Owens said of Kelly’s release.

I love her back peddling after the Salvador Ramos incident. Her stupid excuse she didn't share the photos while she spread the rumor somehow absolves her.
And her even weaker excuse that photos of Ramos cross-dressing even exist which she has yet to provide. Pathetic....

I think what really gets me is the absolute absurdity of an historically oppressed people attacking other minorities. What is with black people today?

Can someone define "cross dressing"? Biological women regularly wear pants, and some biological men, such as myself, publicly wear skirts or dresses. I do not look upon myself as being a "cross dresser".

Cross dressing is generally defined as a paraphilia, a sexual fetish. Lacking the erotic component, cross-dressing is basically not a thing.

Can someone define "cross dressing"?  Biological women regularly wear pants, and some biological men, such as myself, publicly wear skirts or dresses.  I do not look upon myself as being a "cross dresser".

They're referring to the extreme, in the case of men instead of women. (Unless you're a fundamentalist who thinks women should only wear skirts and dresses, which seems to be making the news lately from conservatives) In a patriarchal society, more pressure tends to be placed on the male to adhere to certain societal norms. Women are more overlooked, because what do they matter? The only time the father seems to care about his daughter is in regard to her precious virginity or when she's dressing like a 'ho.
