The Absurd GOP
RE: The Absurd GOP
Fox News live-aired a reactionary gang assaulting on a random guy in NYC who they thought was an immigrant, but is a citizen. They thought he was an immigrant because he is not white.

And yet this gang was not arrested yet for attacking Americans they think might be migrants on national TV and Sean Hannity is still on the air.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Tommy Tuberville forgets name of the Kansas City Chiefs while trashing Biden's memory

Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) had an awkward moment to forget something: in the middle of trashing someone else's memory.

Tuberville has been after President Joe Biden saying that he can't "remember names." It has been part of the Republican Party's campaign to attack Biden, purportedly for having some kind of degenerative brain disease.

At the same time, his critics maintain that Biden is a criminal mastermind behind an international bribery scheme and an ongoing effort to use the power of the White House to attack Donald Trump, the Boston Globe described.

While going after Biden's memory, the former coach seemed to forget which teams were going to the Super Bowl. The name he struggled to remember is the Kansas City Chiefs.

Biden has never made a gaffe, or stumbled over his words once.

It's all AI. Or, he's just pretending to be senile. It's a joke, one that republicans just don't seem to get.

It appears that Ms. Tenney has not read the 25th Amendment.

They might want to be careful about giving Harris nine months' of experience and the incumbency.

Not to worry. Garland can’t invoke the 25th, nor can he ‘start the process’.

Tenney also said Biden should be ‘charged or removed’. I guess she spaced on all that noise during Trump’s tenure about not indicting a sitting President.

Oh, I know, I just mean that they're clearly not considering what removing Biden, by any means, means for the election. That might just be a favor, given Biden's poor numbers.

Fair point. Given the GOP’s recent track record of falling on its collective face, I can envision Biden being removed, Harris picking Biden as her VP, and then winning in November.
