What are some things that you strongly wish were common knowledge?

What are some things that you strongly wish were common knowledge?
My psychiatrist and I strongly suspect my psychotic disorder was caused by, or at least made significantly worse, by me taking paracetamol together with high doses of caffeine (because I have read that it can relieve me of a bad headache). So, please, don't do that! Many websites will warn you against taking paracetamol together with alcohol, because it damages your liver in a way that can easily kill you. But I have not seen anybody warning you against taking caffeine and paracetamol together, and that is also dangerous.

What are you calling a high amount of caffeine?

I devoutly wish our Forum Rules were common knowledge.

That people knew to carry an aspirin in their pocket and to give it to anyone they thought was having a heart attack. Obviously checking that they are not allergic to aspirin.

Taking too much caffeine (more than 400 mg) can cause issues in perfectly healthy people. Prescription medications will only compound the problem; it is probably impossible to model or predict some of the chemical reactions (especially, side reactions) that could take place.

Ibuprofen is my drug of choice since I discovered aspirin gives me gout flareups.
