Earth's recent climate spiral.

Solution would cost $60 trillion according to climate alarmists. I just want 3rd world countries to provide their fair share of funding

Their fair share would be less than 1/4 of the total. The developed world is responsible for over 75% of all co2 equivalent in green house gases put into the air.

Historical emissions are responsbile for current CO2 level that is not dangerous. By the time climate change will supposedly become catastrophic total CO2 emissions would overwhelmingly come from developing countries since they already emit 73% of CO2 and their emissions are constantly growing while US emissions are falling.
Bullshit.

If the historic emission is not there, then the current emission would also not be dangerous.

Do you seriously not have 2 neurons to rub together to power your posts, or do you belong to the class of moron who are even dumber than that, who thinks they must be right, and therefore whatever seem to them to rationalize the rightness must also be good enough for everyone else?

As another poster has said, that's untrue..but let's suppose it were true.  That forms a partial answer to the question I asked.  It looks more like the first diagram.  A current use scheme, essentially giving polluters a mulligan for any polluting prior to the pay to pollute scheme.  So, under a current use scheme...and out of 60 trillion, the us would pay 8.4 trillion, and "the rest of the world" would pay a collective 12.6.

That sound about right?

And cross-referencing the nations with the most CO2 Emissions per capita (every one above the 4.79 ton average) with their income levels (according to Rosling's 4-Level System)

Unknown: (Not on chart; if they can be found on the endleaves in my copy of Factfulness, which seems to use a slightly different calculation* but the results aren't too radically different**, I will put that in parentheses)
  • Bahamas (Level 3)
  • Bahrain (Level 4)
  • Barbados (Level 3)
  • Bermuda
  • Brunei (Level 4)
  • Cayman Islands
  • Falklands
  • French Guiana
  • Grenada (Level 3)
  • Gibraltar
  • Guadeloupe
  • Hong Konh
  • Kuwait
  • Libya (Level 3)
  • Macau
  • MArtinique
  • Mongolia
  • New Caledonia
  • New Zealand (Level 4)
  • Qatar (Level 4)
  • Oman (Level 4)
  • Saudi Arabia (Level 4)
  • Singapore (Level 4)
  • Venezuela (Level 4)
For the record, there are 26 countries at the highest level (At least in the table I linked) and the only ones who don't have higher per capita emissions than average are Sweden and Switzerland.

* It seems to use mean, while I used median, which might be closer to what the average person makes and is less likely to be tainted by some severe outliers.
** Looking closer, the only nation on that Emissions per capita list that were at Levels 1 or 2 on the endpage version and had higher than average emissions was Ukraine.

Are you denying that US emissions are falling since late 90s
https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/US...-emissions
or that emissions of developing countries are growing rapidly
https://www.energylivenews.com/2021/02/0...d-in-2020/
https://fortune.com/2019/11/20/china-coa...te-change/
or that by 2100 when billions of people will supposedly die from climate change cumulative CO2 emissions would overwhelmengly come from low income countries?

Ok, let's say someone (I've no idea who) determines that Burundi owes $2 billion for its share of climate remediation. What happens when they don't pay?

Americans won't have to pay either

So your “tax developing nations” plan is a complete nothingburger, I take it.
