No, they will not be fine and everyone is to blame

Except we know they won't.

Actually, it is malevolent in every way it could be. Everyone is a perp and everyone should work together within their means to fix the problem without the need to destroy any country. Your proposal is just flat-out evil.

Nope, nope..and nope.  Hoping and believing that things will be fine is one way that you (and we) could prove those alarmists we were talking about right.  I prefer two hands working to thoughts and prayers.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Already went that route - and our friend dmitry made it clear that none of this is actually about global warming, or expected benefits. It's a desire to fuck the poors in search of an excuse to fuck the poors. That's the unmalleable aspect of his worldview.

It was explained several times in this thread that future cumulative emissions would overwhelmengly come from developing countries.

Hoping and believing

Genetically humans evolved to live in Sub-Saharan Africa not Canada or Scandinavia. It's a scientific fact that these places will become more habitable.

America already protects world supply chains for free, no additional payment is necessary.
