After the conquest of Iran by Muslims, Iranians were forcibly converted to Islam.
There were people who saw that this God of Arabs and Muslims, whose name is Allah, is very cruel and evil, so they decided to make their message last forever with a code.

They made a proverb-insult.
They call‌ things that are very very bad (fatherless and motherless).
Fatherless and motherless is an important attribute of Allah, who is the God of Muslims!

Also, atheists have turned the name (Jawad), which is the name of the 9th Imam of Shiites, and (Abdullah), which is the name of the father of the Prophet of Islam and the attribute of pious Muslims, into a proverb-insult.
Even very devout Muslims use Javad and Abdullah in their conversations as the same proverb-insult.

And Christians use Jesus Christ as a swear word.

The point is to use something sacred in a profane way, to intentionally shock. So, I'm not buying your idea that atheists made these insults.
