In the case of Kloro...he went a step too far.

Well, it seems to me that this forum functions best when someone who is, what you call, stupid or naive, or uninformed opens a topic and then other members hurl in to correct him or her.

I wasn't speaking of Klor specifically, I just used him as an example. What I'm wondering is does a forum suffer when it runs low on idiots and morons? We might ask the same of trolls.
