As I said I have a pamphlet for it, but its a wall of text and you probably wouldn't read it anyways. Honestly I was not expecting this place to be so immature. Nor did I think so many atheists would just discredit this proposition out of hand without giving it a second thought. I suppose they deny energy and sentience like they deny God, but I mean most people are only atheists because they have some vexation against God, so it makes sense I guess, don't want to believe in something you hate. I get it. Which is why many people stopped believing in the United States as well.
Think about what?  You've not given us anything but assertions with nothing to back them up.  What you are doing is called rationalism and it's a disease that infects many minds.  It's ideas above reality.  It's reasoning from the arbitrary.  Stop it.  Yes, the arbitrary is to be discarded without any thought, much less a second thought.  Cognitively, it is nothing.

I'll give a made-up example.  A person recently suggested that his view was that God is everywhere, that the universe is like God's body, and we are like a toe or a finger.  That leads to the question of whether all the parts of God are sentient.  If so, then that would seem to imply, by the analogy, that toes and fingers are sentient, which they are not.  At minimum, that points to a limitation of the analogy which needs elaboration through other means.  However, one can't really back pedal and say that the toes and fingers of God are not sentient, even though he is, as that would imply that God is composed of parts, which has consequences and ramifications which show up in other areas of theological import.  The long and short is, there is no free lunch.  Words and language are a system of interdependent meanings.  When you adjust one off here in the corner, that doesn't just affect that one corner, it has ramifications for the whole system.

According to what I'm saying, its that even the Rock that has been sitting silently on a hill somewhere for thousands of years never saying a word or moving from its spot is 'sentient' not with a brain, but with the mind of God. Not at all unlike Animism. Also as far as toes and fingers go, they bend don't they? Those little tiny 'sentient' cells in them work to do that right? To function as a whole... there's a lot of work that goes into moving your toes and fingers created by a colony of 100 trillion cells that make up our body. Your sentience is just amplified from their own, and they themselves just have an amplified awareness from the energy within them.

It really didn't knock me down any pegs, I am fortunate enough that there exists on this world an herb that removes the vexations of the heart, and I thank God daily that it exists. Really you should try it some time, or are you afraid you might believe in God too? Once you remove that hatred in your heart, that black miasma that you've allowed to corrupt you.

I’ve smoked weed. God was conspicuous by his absence.

we don’t hate god.  god does exist in the quick. and the concept is too crude, too inconstant, and too infantile to be able to elicit hatred towards it.     but idiots who are not only stupid enough to believe in god, but feel the tiresome urge to drag everyone else, ineffectually, down to their level.  these idiots exist in the quick, and we find them simultaneously loathsome and contemptible.     if the combination of these two sentiment equals hatred, then we hate you.

I don't hate god. I am indifferent to it. I do have a great deal of disdain for the fictional monsters men make it out to be.

Dude, you blew your brains out with dope.

I don't hate God because I find it impossible to hate a fictional character.

Naturally you can't explain just how I managed to find God so your explanation is 'he blew his brains out', and that nothing good comes from marijuana, and you insist on calling it 'dope' meaning you already have negative views of it in the first place. If you respected it you would not call it 'dope'. And I find its quite often that people hate fictional characters Joffrey that young character in Game of Thrones was most universally 'hated' by everyone probably including you. So its actually very easy to hate a fictional character. No I think you not only hate God, you're actually afraid that one day you might end up believing in God again. There are after all so many atheists who were atheists for over a decade (such as myself) who ended up believing in God after we grew out of our childish misgivings against him.
