As Aquinas would have it, God, being immaterial, is not individuated by anything distinct from his nature, and so there is no real distinction between God and his nature.

As the Bible would have it, God not only has parts, he has back parts.

Exodus 33:23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.

Normally this would be irrelevant but Aquinas is so fond of proof-texting.

OFC, saint toms god is not informed by the text of magic book, which is wildly inconsistent on more than just minor (and highly amusing) textual details.  It's a pagan god that he thought sounded smarter and so he decided to spend his life on a syncretic account of the same.  I tend to agree.  The "God of the Philosophers" is much smarter than the christian god, but were talking about degrees on a clown scale here...so...
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Since this is pertinent to what we've been discussing here, and it's worth a listen regardless of whether you agree or not, here is an interview with an [atheist] philosopher who holds to necessitarianism:
