He's not even explaining what kind of racist things he thinks he's going to be banned for saying.

Maybe he just wants to say "You know, despite making up 13% of the population..." And in that case, Vaush can give some good context as to why that's a thing.



Of course, maybe he just wants to go full-on genocidal. In that case, a ban probably would be in order. And if not, at least a question of...
