Walking along the sidewalk at night I run into so many spider webs I expect my face to be wrapped in a cacoon by time I get to work.

When I was still working, I used to get up at 3:30 AM and walk a few miles. I had to be to work at 6 AM, so had to be home in time for a shower and an almost 1 hour drive. That would be getting back home at about 4:30 AM. I had to walk in the street in order to avoid all the spider webs. Fortunately I live in a neighborhood where I might see 4 vehicles on a busy morning, at that time of day.

Same here in summer, it's like every tree or lamp post has a spiderweb attached and it's usually a palm sized orb spider, almost non-venomous but truly terrifying as it runs across your face making you dance a hearty jig in the dark. :-)  RE: Random Thoughts
