I hate Peter Jackson's "King Kong".
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Religion is the opposite of freedom.

Some days...I just don't know.

Got an email late today from a coworker telling me about an issue that needs to be corrected on the bookkeeping side because it was entered incorrectly on the customer service side...then Mr. Condescending added the steps on how to do it. Swell, that's just dandy info that I already had. Who TF is the customer? I assume I am to guess.
