Beccs, 3 homes have been sold recently in NSW to families fleeing Hong Kong for about 30% more than the asking price.
Put yours up and make a small killing. Especially from tomorrow with a further 0.5% expected rate cut from the RBA.

Melbourne, Sydney and NZ prices are basically at their peaks again.
Them 3 homes sold to HK people in a week recently was just from 1 agent! Do it! Mine's on the market. Our agent is coming to talk to us about dropping the price... My answer is no!

We get estate agents knocking on the door a couple of times a month, trying to get us to put the house on the market. These people are more persistent than a golden retriever than takes a sudden interest in your personal region. I'm thinking about buying a blowtorch to fend them off.
We're seriously considering selling up in the next two years, buying a house boat and going quietly to pieces. Boru
