So, imagine this: a thousand kids go to a magic show, and in addition to entertainment, they promise goodies for everyone at the door. Then, at the end, they decide to throw prizes to the audience. More specifically, the ground section of the theater. The kids in the balcony, of course, are pissed off that the groundlings get extra shit when they don’t, for some arbitrary reason, so many of them try to go down to the ground and get some. Unfortunately, because of poor visibility, and some unfortunately placed doors, instead, some of these balcony kids trip and fall, and, specifically, trip and fall on each other, to the extent that, at the foot of the stairs, there’s a pile of kids 20 deep (and to make matters worse, many of the kids in the pile are warned about how dire the situation is and do not care), and it reaches a point where 183 of them died as a result. Is is just me or does this sound like an alarmingly apt metaphor for capitalism and its effect on the lower classes?

If I were a vampire I'd be staked by the rest of the vampire community.
Why?
Because I'd keep turning vegans into vampires. That would piss them off.

Some fucker's stolen my swords?
Isn't it that what you "nickname" your scalpels?

No.
I have swords (three katanas and a broadsword), a complete set of scalpels, and several knives.

In the Faroese language the equivalent word for "row" as in "row the boat" is the same word we use for "calm" and "peace" in past tense. We're surrounded by the North Atlantic Ocean, and the old folks here say that we got saltwater in our veins. Not surprisingly some of the best navigators and ship captains come from this isles. That, and a bunch of nationalistic xenophobic racists.

How hard is too hard?
When I cannot understand the lyrics, the melody and rhythm are missing, and a band of monkeys could create a better sound, it's simply not music.

If you spray insect repellant on a fly or roach, would they become so sick of themselves that they would commit suicide?

Watching The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, and now I wonder what would have happened if this scene:
Ended with Pelé just pushing the pirates’ ladder down. Or maybe kicking it off.
