Depends on your total income as to what gets paid back.

Republicans didn't want the money so they shouldn't get the money.

For the record, I have never molested a leprechaun (or any other fairy creature), with a thumb or any other appendage.

My cat doesn't hang out on his cat tree most of the time. He does use the scratching posts that hold it up. Tonight I rubbed catnip on the different levels and he is now obviously too high and happy to remember that he doesn't normally sleep there.
