Perhaps politically incorrect. But I've always though the uncovered helmet looks tidier. Have no way of knowing if he's less fun, but I suspect possibly. It's still mutilation and shouldn't be allowed imo.

In my generation I personally (like in person/gym shower) only knew of 1 un-cut. No one considered it mutilation back then. Guess I'm a mutilate.

Not even gonna touch infant choice.

When I was born, many Australian hospital routinely circumcised baby boys. The mother wasn't given a choice.(according to my mother)

Growing up, the only appendages I saw were circumcised.

Today, the US circumcises more baby boys for non religious reasons than any other country.  The rate is in excess of one million a year.

 Umm, have you never heard of female 'circumcision?' It is still widely practised to this day, even though it is banned in civilised countries.

What does it entail?  Enlighten yourself :

Female genital mutilation (FGM), also known as female genital cutting, female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) and female circumcision,[a] is the practice of cutting or removing the external female genitalia without medical justification or consent.[1][6] The practice is found in some countries of Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and within communities abroad from countries in which FGM is common. UNICEF estimated, in 2016, that 200 million women in 30 countries—Indonesia, Iraqi Kurdistan, Yemen, and 27 African countries—had been subjected to one or more types of FGM.[3]

So yeah I was correct. WMVs take less time to upload to YouTube than AVI video files do. That's good to know.
