There is no good war except for war on Christmas.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Having a bit of an internal fight whenever I see anything about being grateful or needing to be grateful in the face of struggles and adversity. On one hand, I understand that gratitude can help you shift your perspective out of a depressive spiral. But I've also been in the situation where things are falling apart, everything is shit, and the advice "be grateful for the things that are not shit(inconsequential things or the basic necessities or dependable constants in my life, while the shit things are often huge and detrimental to the structure of my life)" makes me feel like I'm going crazy, like I don't have a right to feel genuinely upset about the things that are going wrong.
So, I understand the utility of your one-size fits all, petty feel good advice. But it makes me knee-jerk desire to comment that telling someone that their feeling bad about stuff that is difficult to deal with in their life means "you're not being grateful enough about the shit you have left" sounds extortive and abusive.

Migraine day 2 - Almost put a small bag of trash in the washing machine. Not a good day to do anything that requires much in the way of brain power.

The internet has made knowledge more accessible, but those uninterested in it will call it fake news.

It's weird how white supremacists use the Bible to justify their racism, when there are no white people in the Bible.

What about Lot' s wife???
So, you're saying white supremacists are white and flakey?
I can see no fault with this logic.
