Many people ae violent, rude, boorish, uncivilised, ugly, and generally annoying and miserable to be around. And a large number of these are found amongst the poor and educated parts of society. And mostly they act unchecked and unchangeable. Any political attempts to change this within a short time frame will be draconian, unethical and not succeed. So if you wish to escape the soul freezing horror of these types of human, you have to remove yourself from them by wealth or a lifestyle of hermetic isolation.

And yet it seems to be the case that violent, rude, boorish, uncivilized, ugly, annoying people are responsible for the majority of human progress. Go figure.
