People used to believe that the Earth was the center of the universe, but they also believed that hell was at the center of the Earth in center of which is Satan, so they believed that Satan was at the center of the universe.

The thing about hell, if satan defied godiboi in heaven, why would little old B. L. Z. Bub run it they way godiboi says. I think hell is a non stop party. Who better to party with the Lord of darkness than all the bad boys and girls?

My old man died 29 years ago today. 29 years and I'm fighting though it again today. Flashbacks suck.
I've lived well more than half my life without the guy. He wasn't a great man. He was physical. He tuned me up. He was a mathematician blinded by catholicism and irish guilt.

It's payroll week and as is becoming more common is a complete clusterfuck.
I should be entering info right now but have to wait for some mysterious changes to be made by other people.
Frustrating enough then I get a message from a worker that when translated to English asks if we can pay her on Monday if she doesn't work for this check.
Come again. We don't pay anyone on Monday and why would we run a special paycheck for someone who didn't work?
