Thanksgiving Day will be nothing around here other than maybe a nap or two. The cooking of the food and hosting of the family has been tossed back into my court, so the Saturday following Thanksgiving I will be cooking and cleaning, probably not eating enough, and we will be firming up Christmas plans. There will be 8 or 9 of us here depending on if The Bail's boyfriend lasts that long...sounds like that romance is reaching the end of the road.

Getting together with family you don't like again? Can't get out of it? Ask me if murder is right for you! Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
Here I go, room to room, picking up germs on my scrubs and shoes in one room only to bring those germs into another room. Got to love the supposed infection control.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
Are we still supposed to pretend these people have some form of moral authority?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
