Some days, I tell myself, 'I think I'll make a Beef Wellington for supper, maybe some brown rice and a tomato/eggplant compote to go with, along with some crusty rolls and a lemon ice for afters.'

More and more, those are the days when I end up calling King Wah and ordering the #5 special for two.
