If they were previously banned, why would you want them back anyway? Even presuming some have changed, the policy on average will recruit members who skew toward the undesirable.

I didn't like Will O' Wisps as much as Blind Forest. Too many non-linear side quests that don't help you advance in Will O' Wisps.

I actually prefer Will of the Whisps but I love that RPG style character building and usually don't play precision platformers. Both games are fantastic though.
