I've got six burgers in the freezer, but the only three-patty pan that is clean is my Tramontina 12" carbon steel pan, and its steel is rather thin. I tend to default to stainless steel or cast-iron these days. I've got a 10" carbon steel skillet I like, but it doesn't get much use. It's a Merten Storck pan. They sell a 12" skillet, but I don't like the $60 price when I can get cast-iron for half that.
