One thing I can't stand about this field is something I've yet to encounter. It regards a visit from state for a survey. Apparently, they refuse to accept "I don't know" as a response to a question. You're supposed to say, "Let me find out for you". The irony is that I'm constantly asking the supervisors and nurses questions, and what do they hit me with? The "I don't know" response.
