It's like he hasn't read a goddamned thing about recruiting problems in the US military the past few years.

By the time you're 25, you've probably decided not to enlist anyway -- my son notwithstanding.

He's probably lost the military vote with this. They need troops. Like, yesterday.

They won’t be able to deny 18-25 year old the vote, they will certainly be able to make many of the 18-25 who otherwise would not have voted vote against the GOP,

The thing about the civics test is odd. Do 25-year-olds mystically acquire a knowledge of civics that they didn't have at 24?
