Definitely don't allow FGM.

Ban all medically unnecessary, non-consensual, permanent, genital mutilations (especially for religio-cultural reasons and when painful).

I am circumcised.

Pacific island girls in WW 2 preferred Americans who were circumcised ... because they could keep going for longer than the ones with foreskins.

I think that it should be legal for parents to have their children circumcised because of how little advantages there are with foreskin, and how many negative things you can avoid being circumcised. I would rather have no foreskin and be healthy than have foreskin and a urinary tract infection. Do circumcisions prevent this? No, but they do reduce the risk.
