Palestine
RE: Palestine
Israel has never been shy about tying criticism of the state’s political and military actions to antisemitism as a way of delegitimizing any criticism of the jewish state or its policies,    nor had it ever been shy about skating right to the edge, and often over the edge, of implied such deflection to be  a uniquely jewish privilege earned by jewish people’s historic suffering,  even when the criticism pertains to israel’s policies towards people who did not play the big parts in jewish people’s historic suffering.

You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Just listen to the ranting and lying of Israel's neighbours and tell me that they are not antisemitic. Oh yes, and read some history, and then compare it with said neighbours' accounts. Also, your logic suggests that Israel should be spending its time having 'policies' towards Germans, Poles etc; must see what ought to be done about the Babylonians (as if Boney M wasn't enough).

That’s not what he said. The point is that even though there is real, repugnant, and dangerous anti-Semitism in the world, Israel has a habit of labeling any criticism of its governmental policies as being anti-Semitic, even when it’s not.

German Zionist Activists collaberated with the Nazis

This is not really fact and certainly not fun. I think in a case like this, you need to cite specifics rather than just smear. What I think you mean is that some Zionists did try to create an agreement with regards to a new national home for Jews. This is rather different from the usual usage of the word 'collaborate' in wartime, which implies treachery.
Actually it's both

It's fun in the sense that it's ironic that the people who will call everyone and anyone a Nazi for any criticism had no issue working with Nazi's

It's a fact as I'm clearly collaborate in first sense which just confirmed fits.

Quote:work jointly on an activity, especially to produce or create something.

"he collaborated with a distinguished painter on the designs"

Maybe ask for clarifications before throwing straw men and false accusations around.

Quote:This is neither fact nor fun. The general idea of driving people into the sea precedes Hamas and Likud. It was intended by Israel's neighbours in their attacks.
Actually it's both

It's fun in the sense it's ironic that the people who will scream bloody about that chant even when people using it make it clear what they mean while Likud is perfectly comfortable in using language that can be interpreted as genocidal.

Also tossing out another straw man  nowhere did I claim either group started said rhetoric merely that both are willing to engage in it.

Again maybe ask for clarifications before throwing straw men and false accusations around.

How so? The fact that Israel treats Palestinians like shit is not sensibly deniable. Pointing this out has nothing to do with anti-Semitism.

Try this: for a very long time, the white government of South Africa treated its black citizens like shit. Does pointing this out make me anti-white?

One can despise and condemn the actions of individuals and governments without being a bigot.

Throwing the word  bigot around doesn't make it so.

Israel isn't immune to criticism. Not state is. When I criticise China am I being racist?

"he collaborated with a distinguished painter on the designs"

This is one dictionary definition. You know perfectly well that it is not the apt one for this conversation.
