Lol. All good advice.
From my very limited experiences of dating (as well as observing others), I'd recommend:
a) Be young & good looking - weight, dentistry, hair, hygiene, scent, fashion, etc b) Go where there's people - live in a big city c) Be socially active - join clubs, do hobbies, go out and meet loads of people d) Be charismatic - be personable, funny, confident, intelligent, kind, mature etc e) Be wealthy & independent - have a job, home, car, disposable income etc f) Have a great dating app profile - good photos, bio etc Basically, be a great catch and meet hundreds of people. 
Turn down your 'creepy' factor as much as you can.
