Christmas insanity
RE: Christmas insanity

My mom used to make me bike ride to Comberland Farms (like a 7-11) to get her nonnatural skinny chewables.

I weighed 105 when I graduated from high school back in the 70s.  This week when I weighed myself, I was at 106.

No weight loss help needed.

Damn, real skinny. That's actually really great.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Except for the mysterious weight loss episode, I'm much the same. I weighed 215 when I was 16, I weigh 218 at 53.

Yeah.  Ayds for weight loss.

There's one brand name that didn't age well.
