Well, this sucks.
How Much Alcohol Is Safe to Drink? 'Not Much' May Be the Answer

I’ll wait a few days, though, to change anything. Or at least until the next study comes out.

Not a problem, 1 beer a night, occasionally red wine with a meal that's it, probably at least 25 years since I was actually drunk, I like the taste not the effects!

I don't think that anyone is going for safe when they get sloshed. Now, if a study came out saying it didn't get you drunk...that might be a reason to quit.
