I dont think he buys into it. I think Trump is much smarter than he lets himself seem to be in public. I think he helped spread the birther crap just to get some easy free advertisement. If he can get the vote, then he is even better in his mind, but bare minimum he is getting big coverage of his name.

Its a win/win situation for him.

I know very little about Donald Trump other than he is a very successful business man in the USA...and right now it would seem that the USA could use all the business nouse it can get.

Actually you are pretty wrong on your entire post. He isnt that successful. He was born rich, and he has run business into the groud, and the only reason why he is still rich is because he used investors money to make his businesses. When he rant them into the ground, only the investros got hurt, not him. Some businesses he ran into the ground DID hurt him financially.

This is the kind of mentality that has been DESTROYING our country, and the last thing we need is one more like that in office. He will run this country like his own company, sapping up as much investor money as he can and not caring if the government failed or not.

Remember, regardless of wether he destroys our government or not, he is still rich... AND, it is actually in his best interests to destroy parts of the government that tax and watch over him to keep him from breaking laws.

Its one of the reason why I refuse to vote corporate stooges into office. They have every interest to destroy that government, so when they get back out and back to their private concerns they are that much better off. Fuck the voters, what matters is my profit! Dum fucks should have known better anyways. I guess they want me to fuck the government up.

Dumb shit right wingers and con-libertarians. In the name of freedom they vote to destroy it

So, all he can do is get rid of the stupid issues. But he will checked by the stupid politicians and....no non-stupid progress will be made.
The only real way to get the stupid people from making all of the important decisions is to prevent anyone from being stupid to run for office. Of course, the stupid people's expectations of the offices' abilities are stupid and the stupid people in office are making stupid decisions about what everybody should be doing, so going to office is only stupid when there are enough stupid people to prevent any non-stupid progress from being made.
Stupidity is an amazing tool for problem solving. It makes the solution easier to figure out but guarantees that the stupids will never die out.

Did you make that up youself? jesus fucking christ -- total idiocy.

Nope, it's just a simplified version of some of the problems the Madisonian Model failed to solve...and a little philosophy about the nature of stupidity.

Oops, I just realized how unclear it is, but I didn't make it up.

Philosophy doesn't really have a place in a political discussion thread. In fact if you want to ask questions to which there are either no answers or dozens of acceptable answers - than bring philosophy into the picture. Cause thats all its really good for - conjecture and debate. Philosophy never offers any hard firm answers to anything. It's a waste of time in a political discussion. (but who know ... I'm sure you've got a couple supporters in this place somewhere)
