If it's your peers, you'd probably get off just because most of them couldn't remember half the details from the beginning of the trial.

Yes it is, and its not going well I'm afraid. Burnt out a motor and and hydraulic pump on one robot and drove into the pit with the other. I am still doing fun fights now but I am out of the running for the title.
