But what if you simply pay off the politicians to look the other way while you steal everything that isn't fucking nailed down? I guess if you are a really good thief you should be rewarded.

You must be another one of those libertarian fruit cakes!

A good thief is already rewarded by what they steal... they deserve naught more.

That IMF crook Strauss-Kahn, arrested on allegations of raping a hotel worker in New York was staying in a £1,800 per night suite in the Sofitel hotel.
The maid he is alleged to have raped earns £14,000 a year....or 8 nights in that suite!
And to think, Strauss-Khan was due to be meeting other world crooks, sorry " leaders " to discuss Greece's debt crisis!

Tut... when you rape someone you scarcely know: do not forget to murder.

You're already scum... what have you to gain by not being intelligent on top of that? Sleepy

Ahem.. From rape and murder back to capitalism. As long as there's peace I don't mind paying lots of taxes, so that those even less fortunate than me might have some financial help. Sure, I'd like to keep all the money I earn, but I think greed is one of the most vile things on this planet. But come zombie apocalypse and let's see how willing I am to share my stuff with others.. Big Grin
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Greed is vile. ALMOST as vile as Sloth. I work very hard for every dime and I don't want to give it to a lazy piece of shit. Although a small percent of the destitute are blamesless for their misfortune - the much greater percent are just worthless piles of flesh with more excuses than unwashed body hair.

C C just wondering if you share my feeling that it is verging on obcene that a bloated capitalist IMF chief blows the same amount of money ( almost certainly " expenses " and not directly from his own pocket ) on 8 nights stay in the lap of luxury, the cost of which is the equivalent of the year's wage of the maid he is accused of raping?

Such a shame... I was more interested in rape and murder than in capitalism which encourages both and stealing from them while you're at it Wink

It's disgusting and appalling behavior and that arrogant bastard should be relieved of his position by his employer for blatant misuse of funds.

Misuse of funds? What an intriguing idea. Is that what all of you poor people call the benefits of being rich? Sleepy I mean, video games are such a misuse of funds really... and so is healthy food. Oh, and electricity as well, we can't have that. Infact, why waste all of this perfectly good wood to build a fire or a house?

Tut, such wanton and fickle people they are.
