No monitor included. A cheaper hard drive or processor could be used or a better video card if budget allows/requires. 2. Where do you live? 3. What do you already have (e.g. monitor, keyboard, speakers, operating system)? 4. Will you be putting the computer together yourself, having a friend assemble it or choosing the parts and then having a store assemble it?
