We don't really like to do that as I.P.'s aren't quite as unique as you think. But, if he makes a pest of himself then it's something to consider.

Anyone who throws hurtful comments at others (especially towards family members) simply don't belong here, people who come here and do that, only come here for the reason to cause hurt. It should never be tolerated. I think we need to take a tougher stance on that.
